The 828 series is an organic elemental analysis device that uses combustion methods. It features state-of-the-art hardware and a touchscreen user interface, allowing for easy and efficient analysis of a wide range of sample applications. We offer three types: the CHN828 carbon/hydrogen/nitrogen (protein) analyzer, the CN828 carbon/nitrogen (protein) analyzer, and the FP828 nitrogen (protein) analyzer. While inheriting the basic principles and performance of traditional LECO macro-type organic elemental analyzers, we have made further improvements in throughput, downtime reduction, and reliability. With the capability to handle larger sample amounts and a short cycle time of 2.8 minutes, the 828 series is the optimal and best device for laboratories that analyze a variety of samples daily, from trace to high concentration and heterogeneous samples. Selective adsorption: The APT method uses three types of adsorption-desorption columns that selectively adsorb CO2 from carbon, H2O from hydrogen, and SO2 from sulfur. Nitrogen detection: Nitrogen-derived NOx is reduced to N2 gas and is detected first without being adsorbed by the column. High adsorption capacity: The adsorption-desorption columns can achieve up to 250 times the adsorption capacity of typical GC columns, allowing for the analysis of samples containing up to 500mg of carbon. Sharp detection peaks: Rapid heating of the column results in sharp detection peaks, achieving an excellent S/N ratio.
